ETGC offers a series of food preservation and cooking classes. We share up-to-date research, the newest techniques, and “tested & approved” USDA recipes.

Each class is composed of formal instructions, actual demonstrations, samples, and recipes. If you’d like more information or have a question prior to the start of a class, please contact us.
