About the Event
Please join us for our annual BBQ Potluck Picnic! This fun event brings new and renewing members together to share a meal and get to know each other a little better.
ETGC provides the hotdogs, you just need to bring a covered dish or a dessert!
A fun tradition at this event is our Plant and Seed Swap.
- Some of our Members will be selling items they make.
- ETGC will have several demonstrations showcasing upcoming classes.
So, here's what you need to bring to this event:
- Garden plants, seedlings, or seeds to share and/or swap
- 2022 Membership Card (1 person per group)
- Covered Dish or Dessert (show off time!)
- Lawnchair
- Bring your family and friend and show them what we do
We look forward to seeing you at this fun event!
It is not necessary to RSVP to this event, all members are welcome. But members are encouraged to so you would like to tell what wonderful food item you are bringing and how many will be in your group.
If you would like to volunteer to help Email us - Set-up starts at 10am and clean-up at 2pm - we will also need a couple of people to help through-out the event.
