Volunteering
Whether you need Vounteer time for Membership or you Just want to help, ETGC NEED VOLUNTEERS
How to get your volunteer time

Members MUST register to attend the event; then, to help you, you MUST register for the corresponding Volunteer Event the same way.

You will be “waitlisted” while ETGC's Volunteer Coordinator sorts out which volunteers need volunteer time and how many are needed.

Approved Volunteers for the Event will be notified.
Volunteers are sorted by the amount of volunteer time they have completed, how much they need, and the order in which they registered.
If you have completed your required time or your membership does not require volunteer time. You can still register; if there is room, you can help.
Other Methods of Volunteering:
Baking - at the end of the harvest year, ETGC gives each of the farmers from which we gleaned a basket of baked goods. A rubberik explaining what you can bake and the volunteer hours for each item is posted with the due dates before the ETGC Harvest Festival in November.

Keep in Touch with Other ETGC Members
Use our Facebook Groups and come out to gleans and classes to meet other gleaners to exchange recipes and ideas, ask questions, and let them know about events outside of ETGC that they might be interested in.
