Breakfast Sausage Making

Breakfast sausage is a tasty part of a delcious breakfast.  Now lets take it a step further and learn how to make it yourself.  This way you can control the ingredients and get the flavor you want.  We will be doing a demonstration on mixing your own seasonings and grinding it all up.  We will make some into patties, links and pound packages.   

Class size is limited.

The church does not charge ETGC to use their facility but will accept non parishable food donations to help stock their Red Shed.  If attendees have the ability to bring an item please do so.  Class is free for members and $5 for non-members.
