Build a Better Pantry: Create Your Own Pantry Mixes

In this empowering class, you’ll learn how to craft your own baking mixes.

First, think outside the box, like that giant box of Bisquick… or seasonings like taco, chili, and ranch dressing blends, homemade baking powder, brown sugar, and more.  You’ll learn the ease of whipping up pantry staples in minutes. You don’t have to run next door to borrow something you’re out of any longer. 

Second, this will give you full control over every ingredient! You’ll possess the ability to personalize mixes for your family’s individual health needs or requirements. 

Take control of those allergy triggering foods, and eliminate all the extra ingredients, such as anticaking agents, artificial colors, and flavors, excess sodium, hidden sugars, hydrogenated oils, MSG, and bulking agents to name a few. Rid yourself of the unnecessary garbage our bodies don’t need and often react to. 

After this class, you can walk away with knowledge to create a better pantry that’s all yours… no boxes needed!

Class Fee: This class is free for all 2026 ETGC members. Please remember to bring your membership card. For all non-members, the class fee is just $10.

TO VOLUNTEER TO HELP WITH CLASS: Please register for class and follow the directions. Volunteers are required to arrive a half hour early and stay a half hour after class ends.
