About the Event
This will be a judgment free hands on class. Â Nobody will be forced to do anything they are not comfortable with. Â This is an educational class that will demonstrate the process from a live chicken to freezer/canner ready. Â Dress in clothes that can get dirty because this is a dirty job. Â Â Â
