Chili Showdown Tasting and Scoring

Join the Chili Showdown!

If you are a chili connoisseur or just love tasting food and friendly competition, this event is for YOU! The chili showdown is designed to be a fun gathering where ETGC members and non-members can come together to taste a variety of chilis, score the dishes, and help determine the winners. This is also a fantastic opportunity to socialize with some awesome people! You do not have to stay the entire time of the event... just stop by sometime between 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Who Can Attend?:

Tasting and scoring is open to the public, so let your friends and neighbors know to stop by!

How Tasting and Scoring Works:

Each 2026 ETGC membership receives one score card.  Each person in the family can taste the chili; however, the family submits one score card (great family bonding opportunity).  If there is a desire for separate score cards within the family, each additional score card is $2.

Tasting and scoring for non-members is $5 per score card.
