ETGC 2025 Annual Meeting & Member Signup

BECAUSE OF THE EXTREME COLD, WE ARE FOREGOING THE LONG PRESENTATION. Come anytime between 8 am and 11 am to submit your application and receive your membership card. Information will be on display, and if you have any questions, ask a Volunteer.

About the Event
The location is different this year - First Church of the Nazarene in Crossville opposite Walmart, next top Staples. in the back building behind the church.
This will be your first chance to join as a 2025 member, but you may also mail in your application and sign up at our first 2025 distribution if membership spots are still available. Go to our website at https://www.etgc.org/join, download the 2025 Membership Application, fill it out, print it, bring it with you, or mail it following the procedure on the webpage. ETGC will be accepting 250 Memberships this year, we will continue to accept application until we reach 250. As a reminder, memberships are for your immediate household family; family members do not need to fill out their own applications.
Members must fill out and SIGN their own application. If you bring an application for someone else, it should already be filled out and signed.
PRIOR MEMBERS MUST FILL OUT A NEW APPLICATION FOR 2025.
We will be accepting applications from 8am to 11am. There will be no presentation; information about last year, this year, and ETGC in general will be displayed. If you have any questions, please ask a volunteer.
How this will work:
Fill out your application or print it at home and bring it with you.
Wait in line if a line forms.
An ETGC Board Member will review your application.
Hand in your payment for Membership - Check or Cash ONLY.
You will receive your membership card and info about your membership.
If you do not want to venture out in the bad weather we recommend you go to https://www.etgc.org/join and follow the mail-in procedure.
NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEFORE JANUARY 21ST - MAILED-IN APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED STARTING JANUARY 22ND AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABLE MEMBERSHIP SPACE.
