About the Event

What is fermentation?  What are the benefits of consuming fermented foods?  Is it right for you?  Join us as Gina Purvis, ETGC member, shows us how to ferment food.  She will also demonstrate how to make a black tea kombucha.

Class free for members, $10 for nonmembers

Doors will open 15-20 minutes before class
