About the Event

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON 3/18/26 @ 6 A.M. PLEASE COME BACK TO THIS SITE AT THAT TIME!

Are you tired of feeling worn down… inflamed… or constantly in pain?

Before you assume it’s just aging or bad luck, have you ever considered that what you’re eating might be part of the problem — or part of the solution?

What if simple foods could make a difference? Cayenne pepper has traditionally been used to help support circulation and healthy blood flow. Ginger and turmeric are well known for their natural anti-inflammatory properties and may help ease arthritis discomfort.

Food isn’t just calories — it can be powerful support for your body’s healing and recovery. (Of course, you should always consult your doctor before making changes to your health routine.)

Join us as John Coles, retired pharmacist, shares eye-opening insight into how natural foods, herbs, and minerals may help support a healthier life. With years of experience and practical knowledge, he’ll connect the dots between what’s on your plate and how you feel every day.

If you’ve ever wondered whether small changes could make a big difference, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss.

Class Fee: This class is free for all 2026 ETGC members. Please remember to bring your membership card. For all non-members, the class fee is just $10.

TO VOLUNTEER TO HELP WITH CLASS: Please register for class and follow the directions. Volunteers are required to arrive a half hour early and stay a half hour after class ends.

If you are not a member yet and would like to join, visit ETGC.org, download the membership application, mail it in with the required materials, and join us for an exciting new year of education, skills, and hands-on learning.
