About the Event
Join Lena Jackson for a hands-on journey into the art of fresh pasta making; where flour, farm fresh eggs, and a little tradition come together at the table. In this beginner friendly workshop, Lena will walk participants through the foundations of handmade pasta from mixing and kneading dough to rolling, cutting, and shaping beautiful fresh pasta by hand.
Participants will also learn how to naturally color pasta using ingredients from the kitchen and garden to create stunning rainbow pasta using herbs, vegetables, and other natural ingredients.
Whether you are looking to reconnect with traditional kitchen skills, put wholesome meals on the table, or simply enjoy the process of making food by hand, this class is designed to be approachable, practical, and inspiring.
Come gather around the table and discover how simple ingredients can become something beautiful.
