Get to know your knives

Knives are essential to every form of food processing.  Whether you are butchering your own protiens or slicing vegetables, knives play and important role.  Having the right knife for the job will make it easier.  Having the right SHARP knife will make the job a dream.  Jason Bour, owner of On The Edge Sharpening & Cutlery will be here to teach about knives.  As the name explains, Jason sharpens knives and also sells knives locally in Crossville TN.   Jason will explain the different types of knives and what is best for specific tasks you may have.  If you have knives you would like sharpened, bring them with you.  Jason can take them back to his store to sharpen and you can pick them up from him when they are done.

Class will be held in the Annex behind the church with parking lot on Neecham Street.
