About the Event
Tired of eating the same old food? Are you're eating habits causing your clothes to shrink? Join us as Chef Kitty Phillips gives us some great ideas on how to change it up. We will explore ways to put healthier choices into everyday practice.
Class will be held in the Annex behind the church with parking entrance on Neecham Street.
Class is free to 2024 members and $10 for nonmembers.
Doors will open 15-20 minutes before class.
