Not sure how or where to start when it comes to making pasta. Chef Kitty Phillips will provide step by step instructions on how to make the perfect pasta for your next dish. She will explain what ingredients work best and how to trouble shoot if your pasta doesn't look or feel just right. We may even get a little history lesson.
Class is free to 2021 ETGC members/ $5 to non-members.
