About the Event
You really can't beat good beef jerky. Believe it or not it’s incredibly easy to make! What's more, most of the techniques involved can be applied to a wide variety of meats like venison or other wild game.
During Jerkin' Around: How to Make Beef Jerky we’ll take you through all the steps involved with making homemade jerky. We'll talk about the best cuts of meat, marinating methods as well as the drying and dehydrating process.
This class is free to members / $5.00 for non-members. Please bring your 2019 membership card!
ETGC will be collecting donations to cover coast of class materials. (Recommendation $5.00)
