Become acquainted with the most classic and important of chef's knives and tools.
Plus, Kitty will teach you a few advanced techniques and offer tips for keeping all your knives and tools maintained and sharp. You'll use these skills every time you cook, so if you only take one ETGC cooking class, this should be it!
As a special gift, Chef Kitty will sharpen 1 knife per participant.
This class is free to the public.
