Let’s make room in your freezer and give those frozen treasures from last year’s harvest a delicious new purpose! This beginner-friendly workshop will guide you through the basics of jam making and water bath canning, ensuring that nothing goes to waste and making space for this year’s fresh harvest.
What You’ll Learn:
• Revive and Reuse: How to turn frozen treasures into delicious jams, giving them a new life.
• Jam-Making Techniques: Step-by-step guidance on creating perfect jams with your frozen harvest.
• Water Bath Canning: Learn the basics of safe, beginner-friendly canning methods to preserve your jams.
• Flavor Combinations: Explore creative pairings and techniques to make the most of what you have.

Important Note: This class is hands-on, so come prepared to get a bit sticky and have fun. We’ll provide all the tools and guidance you need!
Class Fee: This class is free for all 2026 ETGC members. For all non-members, the class fee is just $10. If you are not a member yet and would like to join, visit ETGC.org, download the membership application, mail it in with the required materials, and join us for an exciting new year of education, skills, and hands-on learning.
TO VOLUNTEER TO HELP WITH CLASS: Please register for class and follow the directions. Volunteers are required to arrive a half hour early and stay a half hour after class ends.
