Methods of Preservation

To live we need water, food and shelter.  Why do we preserve food?  How should we preserve it?  Joing us for an informative session on the different methods of preserving food.  Terry and Mindy Hill, will go over the different methods as well and when and why to select a specific method for your needs. They will discuss dehydration, freeze drying, water bath and pressure canning. They will also go into how to store the items after the preserving process is complete.
