Methods of Preservation

Join us for a morning of information as Terry and Mindy Hill explain the different methods of preserving food. Whether it is freezing, dehydrating, canning or freeze drying each method has a cost, time investment and shelf life. We will touch on items that do well with specific methods and which do not do well. Come and learn which method or methods will work best for your family and lifestyle.

Class is free for 2025 members and $10 for non-members.

Class will be in the Annex which is on Neecham Street.

Doors will open 15 minutes before class starts.
