About the Event

If you are intimidated by pressure canning, then this class is for you.  Canning produces flavorful, high-quality food that saves money, builds self-reliance and creates lifelong memories.  Our USDA Certified instructor, Midge Haughey, will provide step-by-step instruction on how to pressure can low acid foods safely and effectively.  She will also go over the basics of pressure canning equipment.  Join us for a fun and informative evening.

Class is limited to 25 people.

Free for ETGC members/$5 for non-members.
