About the Event
This class will take the fear out of the process. Carol Mullis has just recently completed the Master Food Preservation class at Purdue University. She will share all the tips and tricks, ins and outs of how to pressure can your produce safely.
Class is free for 2024 members and $10 for non members.
Doors will open 15-20 minutes before class.
