Pressure Canning Meat

Whether you found a great deal at the store or want to clean out your freezer or you are processing your own meat, pressure canning is a great way to preserve meat.  It is shelf stable, cuts down cooking time when preparing meals and saves freezer space.  Join us for an afternoon of canning tips and trick that can get you started with any canning needs.  If you can can meat you can can almost anything.

Class is free for ETGC Members and $15 for non-members.

I will need 4 volunteers to help with setup and cleanup.  If interested email easttennesseegleanerscoop@gmail.com.  Volunteers needed at noon.

Doors will open 15-20 min before class begins to give time for volunteers to get everything setup before student arrival.
