About the Event
Having meat in your pantry is a great step towards making a healthy and quick meal for your family. Canned meat is as easy as canning carrots or any other pressure canned foods. We will explain equipment needed, safety precautions and process needed to can any low acid food you want to put in your pantry. Join Carol and Danny as they make learning education and entertaining.
Class is free for 2025 members
$15 for non-members
Doors will open 15 - 20 minutes before class.
