It’s hard to think of St. Patrick’s Day without glittered shamrocks, leprechauns, and of course, corned beef and cabbage. Come celebrate with us as Chef Kitty Phillips teaches us the proper techniques for making this traditional Irish meal - corned beef and cabbage.
As a special treat, Chef Kitty will serve her very own corned beef sandwich on Irish soda bread with Irish potatoes and cabbage on the side. You'll also enjoy a wonderful Irish tea to drink. Yum!
Cost for this class including a small meal is $5.00 per person both member or non-member.
