Got the canning bug? Water bath canning is probably what you think of first when you want to preserve produce for later. This workshop will take you through the process of water bath canning step-by-step and share some of our tips for choosing and using basic canning supplies.
We'll teach you the basics of water bath canning so you can get started today!
This is an all day, hands on class with ETGC Master Home Food Preservers, Kim McCoy, Kitty Philips, and Brenda Baird.
Each participant will go home with a tomato and pickle product to share with family and friends!
