About the Event
Do you have your own apple trees that are ready to harvest? Did you get some apples from the glean last week or are you looking to get some next week from ETGC? What do we do with all the apples to help preserve them? Join us this Saturday, Sept 17th at 1pm. Midge Haughey will teach us how to make apple pie filling and preserve it. She will give us all the tips and tricks of water bath canning. If you have a family recipie for apples, bring it with you and lets have a delicious afternoon.
Class is free to memembers.
